When Queen Alexandra established rose day in 1912, money was collected for good causes on just that one day. Now money is raised every day of the year through donations, special events and rose day itself, which is held annually in June.

To better reflect our work in the 21st century of raising money though a whole range of methods we have made a small but significant change to our name.

We will now be known as Alexandra Rose Charities.

By linking your charity’s name with our national identity and by selling our familiar rose emblem to members of the public, your local group can be part of a national event and raise instant cash for your charity.
